Terms of Service

SourcedFromChina provides sourcing coordination, supplier verification, quality inspection coordination, logistics support and import advisory services.

Service fees, scope and deliverables are confirmed in writing before each engagement. Any third-party costs (freight, duties, laboratory tests, customs charges, etc.) are billed separately unless explicitly included.

SourcedFromChina acts as an independent service provider for the client. We do not manufacture goods and cannot guarantee supplier performance beyond the scope of agreed checks and controls.

Inspection outcomes are based on sampling and conditions at the time of inspection. They do not constitute a guarantee that all units are defect-free.

Clients remain responsible for final purchasing decisions, regulatory approvals (including NRCS/ICASA/SAHPRA where applicable), and import compliance in South Africa.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses up to fees paid for the affected service scope, excluding consequential or indirect losses.
